Barista & bartender

A new café bar opening on November 1st is looking for a barista who can also work the bar in the evening. Daytime is coffee, tea and a small food menu; evenings are cocktails, wine and beer. What we’re looking for: real espresso experience (dialing in, milk texture, latte art is a plus), basic cocktail and wine service or the willingness to learn fast, good English and Arabic, a calm, friendly way with regulars, and a tidy, organised work style behind the counter. Full-time, with a mix of morning and evening shifts, five days a week. Training before opening. Pay plus tips, discussed at the interview.
